Watson’s Windy Point Lodge

Third generation outfitters, Richard & Rosalie and Robert & Stephanie Watson own and operate Watson’s Windy Point Lodge (formerly Everson’s Lodge) on Kabinakagami (Kaby) Lake. Watson’s Windy Point Lodge is a full-service fly-in lodge offering both American-plan and housekeeping fishing & hunting packages, and includes 9 cabins (accommodating up to 55 guests) and a main lodge - all facing the waterfront. Kaby Lake is the largest lake in the Algoma district at 25 miles long and 30,802 acres and is located amidst one of Ontario's premier wilderness areas for fishing (walleyes, northern pike, yellow perch, whitefish) and hunting (moose, bear, small game and ducks) . The camp is strategically situated on the Kaby Lake's main peninsula - mid-lake, 60 miles north of Wawa, Ontario, by air - and accessed via Watson’s Skyways.

Kabinakagami Lake encompasses in-flowing rivers & creeks, countless islands, shoals, bays and extensive weed beds, and is one of the headwaters of the legendary Albany River system. Kaby Lake offers excellent fishing throughout the season and, at Windy Point Lodge, exceptional early-season walleye fishing right off the dock. All boats are equipped with 20-HP electric start Yamaha outboard motors, fish finders, rubber landing nets, padded swivel seats, electric bilge pumps and life jackets.

Great fishing, comfortable accommodations, modern amenities, personalized service, hearty & delicious meals, shore lunches, reliable equipment, experienced guides and an unspoiled wilderness setting make Watson’s Windy Point Lodge a great fishing / hunting / vacation destination.
